Gorgeous day for my neighbor and I to go for a lazy drive in the convertible. After buying some new hosta on 60th St. we drove on up to Fort Calhoun for a late lunch.
Fried chicken and cold beer! Great little watering hole, they've got plenty of space for big groups. I've been told many items on their menu are delicious but pretty much anytime I go anymore I get the hot wings...sauce on the side. The wing sauce is a classic buffalo and they only offer the one flavor, if I didn't know any better it's the best combo of frank's red hot and butter.
Had a red beer on national beer day!!! Perfectly served with olives like I asked!
If you have food allergies very hard to eat here. The staff are nice and food comes in great time. The game machines are broke and will eat your money.
